Course Content

Lesson One
In this lesson of the AFA Superstar Course you will be introduced to the horoscope and what it is. Then you'll learn about the planets and signs - and even take your first steps in chart interpretation, which is called delineation, by working with planets in signs. You'll also learn about elements, qualities, and gender, all of which offer insight into the nature of the signs.

Lesson Two
In this lesson you'll learn about the planets in general and, specifically, the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Mars. Since you've already learned the order of the planets, you know that these are the first five, also known as the inner planets.

Lesson Three
In this lesson you will learn about the other five planets - Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto.

Lesson Four
In this lesson you'll learn more about the elements, qualities, and polarities and begin learning how to interpret them in the chart.

Lesson Five
In this lesson you will learn about planetary rulership and the zodiacal signs, along with their meanings and significance in the horoscope.

Lesson Six
In this lesson you'll learn about chart delineation and dignities, including planets in signs, exaltation, mutual reception, and chart patterns.

Lesson Seven
This lesson you will be introduced to the ephemeris, planetary movement, and time zones, and learn to calculate the planetary positions.

Lesson Eight
Aspects are the topic of this lesson, and you will learn what they are, their function in the chart, and most important, their influence in chart delineation.

Lesson Nine
This lesson includes a review of the mechanics of the solar system, understanding the houses, the difference between sidereal and solar time, and calculating the house cusps.

Lesson Ten
In this lesson you'll learn about house systems, and the specifics of houses one through six.

Lesson Eleven
In this lesson you will learn about the final six houses, as well as the role of houses in delineation and rules, rulers, and rulerships.

Lesson Twelve
In this lesson you will begin to use all the knowledge you've gained thus far and learn about the step-by-step method used for successful chart delineation.

Lesson Thirteen
In this lesson we will delineate the Duke of Wellington's chart.

Lesson Fourteen
In this lesson we will review chart calculation, using some helpful methods, and then you will do your first complete chart calculation and interpretation.

Lesson Fifteen
Another chart is delineated in this lesson using the Natal Delineation Outline.

Lesson Sixteen
In this lesson you will learn about aspect configurations, along with new chart delineation techniques.

Lesson Seventeen
In this lesson we'll delineate Emily's chart using the method you learned in Lesson Sixteen.

Lesson Eighteen
This lesson focuses on calculating the progressed planets and angles, which are used in forecasting.

Lesson Nineteen
This lesson focuses on finding and timing the transits and progressions, two tools used in forecasting.

Lesson Twenty
In this lesson we'll do the step-by-step progressed delineation for Emily's chart.

Lesson Twenty-one
This lesson focuses on the first part of the delineation of a chart from the beginning.

Lesson Twenty-two
This lesson continues with Kurt's chart, focusing on the progressions and transits.

Final Exam
This lesson is your final exam for the course.
